From Purmerend you can take a bus to Volendam:

Coming from Utrecht (A12):

1. Take the A30 at “knooppunt Maanderbroek” direction Amersfoort, switch later to the A1 direction Amersfoort/Amsterdam.
2. Follow “Ring Amsterdam Noord A10” direction Zaanstand/Purmerend
3. Take exit S116 direction Volendam/Monnickendam
4. After 0,6 km go right on the Nieuwe Leeuwarderweg (N247) direction Monnickendam/Volendam
5. After another 12 km take the first exit on the roundabout (Zeddeweg (N517) direction Volendam
6. Take the first exit on the roundabout (Kathammerzeedijk) direction Volendam
7. Stay on the Kathammerzeedijk and arrive at the Marinapark (on your right hand side).

 

Coming from the north of the Netherlands (Leeuwarden):

1. Follow the A31 direction Harlingen
2. At “knooppunt Zurich” take the A7 direction Afsluitdijk
3. Follow the A7 direction Amsterdam/Hoorn
4. Take exit 7 (Averhorn) direction Hoorn on the N243, take a right turn direction Amsterdam on the N247, stay on the N247
5. Take the second exit on the roundabout (Zeddeweg) and follow the N517 direction Volendam
6. Take the first exit on the roundabout (Kathammerzeedijk) direction Volendam
7. Stay on the Kathammerzeedijk and arrive at the Marinapark (on your right hand side).
